Dear,
Both programmes are leading to different career path and opportunities. You can find good opportunities with your creativity with B.Sc in animation programme but in the case of B.Sc in biotechnology you should plan upto Ph.D for better opportunities, salary, and knowledge due to complex course module and research area.

Biotechnology is a highly research oriented field, specifically if you are going the B.Sc/M.Sc route. If you are planning to do your B.Sc in Biotechnology, then an M.Sc is imperative for this field.
You can do your M.Sc in a specialized field of biotechnology such as plant biotech, bioinformatics, genetics, molecular biology etc. The reputation of your university plays a large role during your placement sessions. Definitely, you can get a good job after completing Masters in biotechnology.
I suggest you to prepare for the CSIR NET. After qualifying it, you can get the opportunities to work with India's top scientists and many PSUs.
