After completing B.Tech. in Biotechnology, the career scope is really good.
Companies like McKinsey, IBM, Evalueserve, Wipro, TCS, Deloitte etc hire biotechnology consultants for market research, knowledge process outsourcing, Audits, R&D etc.
You can apply for these companies.
You can also try to get a job as Laboratory Assistant, greenhouse & Field Technician, Production Engineer, Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer etc.
The Career in Industrial Research and Development is really good for Bio technology Students.

You should do M.Tech because you have done B.Tech, so M.Tech will be good for you, rather than BAMS.
