No, it is not mandatory to do the integrated program but you have to apply for the M.Sc. You just apply for it and don't go for the integrated courses.

The following are the business rules for withdrawal of seats in IITs and NITs as under. Candidates who have exercised withdraw option will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment. Seat acceptance fee will be refunded
to these candidates after deducting the processing charges of Rs. 1500/-. There is no option of withdraw of an accepted/allotted seat after the announcement of last round of seat allocation (For IITs only). Hence if you are not withdrawing your seat before the last round (6th), than you will lost your seat acceptance fee.

Pharma MBA is not offered rather you can go for M.Pharma. Minimum eligibility criteria to apply for these courses is an integrated degree course from BITS or equivalent on an equivalent Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
