BMS College of Architecture is worth considering for pursuing a career in architecture. According to, it is one of the topmost colleges in Karnataka and ranked 15th among all architecture colleges in India. The college has a good placement record. However, as per, pursuing a B.Arch course requires enduring years of grinding and low scope, salary, and long hours. Most B.Arch graduates opt for post-graduation in different domains such as product design, construction management, etc. Nevertheless, BMS College of Architecture is a good option for pursuing a career in architecture.

| B.Arch | Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023. |
| M.Arch | Candidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score. |

Yes candidate shall be admitted to architecture course if she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marls in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination.

Admission to BMS College of Architecture BTech course is based on COMEDK UGET scores. The exam is conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) and is followed by COMEDK Counselling.

According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023, BMS College of Architecture has been ranked 21st among the top architecture institutes in India. The institute was at rank 18 in 2022 as given by NIRF ranking 2022and ranking of M.V.S.A is above 50.
So you should prefer BMS over MVSA.
