No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marls in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination

AVERAGE 60% AND ABOVE IN PUC OR 12th STANDARD IN PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, CHEMISTRY / COMPUTER SCIENCE / ELECTRONICS. HOSTEL FEES IS EXTRA (NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEES STRUCTURE)

The candidate must have appeared and qualified in the aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture

According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework 2023, BMS College of Architecture has been ranked 21st among the top architecture institutes in India. The institute was at rank 18 in 2022 as given by NIRF ranking 2022.

The admissions to UG courses are granted on the basis of COMEDK, the admissions to MBA and MCA are granted on the basis of KMAT, and the admissions to M.Tech. and M.Arch courses are granted on the basis of PGCET. Any relaxation in academic eligibility is extended only to Karnataka candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes.

Arch students were placed. During placements in 2022, the average package offered to B.Arch and M.Arch students was INR 3.5 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively
