The minimum eligibility for applying admission in B.Arch in BMS is that Candidate must be 10+2 passed with aggregate marks of 50% in physics mathematics and chemistry. Must be JEE Mains qualified conducted by NTA national testing agency every year.
Through COMED-K candidates must appear for NATA National aptitude test in architecture by council of architecture.
As per the merit of all registered students the final merit list is published for vacant seat in required programs

Top courses offered at BMS college are 5 years pre - professional course for B.Arch and two years professional course for M.Arch.
B.Arch course fee is around 4.8 LPA to 37.5 LPA
