The eligibility criteria for BTech course is to pass Class 12. Aspirants must Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology/Informatics Practice/Information Technology with at least 50% aggregate. (05% relaxation in marks in case of candidates belonging to ST/SC category).

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at Arunachal University of Studies require candidates to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
