To join B.Tech programme at Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as mandatory subjects obtaining 45 % marks in aggregate from any stream. SEAT is offered after writing the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET which is a common entrance examination for engineering courses in Andhra Pradesh. Also, candidates should make sure that they can meet other requirements that the institute might have put forward when admitting persons to whatever level of study that they are offering.

Satya Institute of Technology and Management (SITAM) offers B.Tech programme in five specializations at UG level.
Admissions under Convener Quota (70% of intake in each branch): Candidate must have passed the Intermediate examination from a recognised board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects. Admissions are granted on the basis of the rank in AP-EAMCET provided the candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirement laid down by the Andhra Pradesh Educational institutions.
Admissions under Category 'B' (30% of intake in each branch): The seats will be filled either on the basis of rank obtained in AP-EAM

For admission to the B.Tech course at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), candidates should have completed his/her 10+2 level of education with at least an aggregate mark of 55% in Physics, Mathematics, and one other subject. Besides that, admission is also assured on the basis of JEE Main hence any applicant should also take this entrance exam. It's very important to meet these criteria so that a proper base is laid for the B.Tech degree course.

To be eligible for entry into the B.Tech course offered in Velammal Engineering College, aspirants have to:
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Class) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum Marks: Normally, 50% aggregate marks in these subjects. For reserved categories, 45%.

Amity University Noida admit candidates to BTech programmes on a merit-basis. The applicants performance in the last qualifying exam, i.e., Class 12 is taken into consideration.
