But generally you need to clear Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry or Computer Science as mandatory subjects. You are also required to score between 50 to 60 percent as an aggregate.

Computer Science Engineering Course Admission

The BTech selection criteria at Amrita Institution Nagercoil is based on the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2026 and JEE Mains percentile score. Apart from this, candidates must meet the last educational qualification set by the college. Aspirants must pass Class 12 with a 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics separately and an aggregate minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

• For admissions, candidates must take standard entrance exams like JEE Main, CUET,  and other university-specific entrance exams in addition to their Class 12 results.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at Institute of Engineering and Technology GLA University is to pass the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Computer Science with at least 50% marks (45% for ST\SC) and 50% marks overall. As it is compulsory for the students to follow these rules and regulations before becoming a part of the college.
