For candidates to seek admission in the B.E. / B.Tech programme, they are required to have passed 10+2 pattern with physics, chemistry and mathematics, as compulsory subjects, with overall minimum marks of 45% for general and 40% for reserved classification. Admission is based mainly through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling, which will rely on the students marks from the 12th standard, plus the nativity verification if they did not study their 8th to 12th education in Tamil Nadu. Candidates may opt to apply for the additional management quota basis their performance, but again do not separately orientate themselves with admissions tests.

Admission for the B.E./B.Tech programme at Bheema Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Kurnool, follows these criteria:

Firstly, candidates must pass the 10+2/intermediate exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and achieve a minimum aggregate of about 45–50%. Admission is based primarily on AP EAPCET (AP EAMCET) scores, through the state's centralized counseling, which fills approximately 70% of seats, while the remaining 30% are reserved for management/NRI candidates.

Additionally, Diploma holders can enter directly into the second year under the lateral entry scheme, based on ECET merit, with up to 10% of intake reserved for them.

Eligibility criteria  for B.Tech: 10+2/Intermediate/PUC from a recognised board+ Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance examinations.

Admissions under category 'A' (regular) are made by the Andhra Pradesh state council of Higher Education through a common entrance test EAMCET. 

Admissions under category 'B' (Management) are made by the college based on the merit in the common entrance tests like EAMCET, JEE.

To enrol in the B.E./B.Tech programs offered by Thakur College of Engineering and Technology (TCET): Maths, physics, and an extra subject (like computer science, chemistry, or biology) must be passed in your 12th grade (HSC).

At least 45% of the possible points must be awarded to you (or 40% if you are in a reserved category).

You must have a current MHT-CET or JEE Main score.

For Diploma Holders (Lateral Entry): You can begin immediately in the second year if you have a three-year Diploma with a 45% or higher. For individuals seeking a B.Sc. You can apply if you graduated with a math grade of at least 50% (45% for reserved). It's that simple!
