btech Eligibility

Students need to secure 95% and above in Class 12 for 100% scholarship on tuition fee. The BTech fee ranges between INR 50,000 and INR 5 lakh. After waiver, students do not have to pay any tuition fee.

The selection criteria for B.E./B.Tech at AVC College of Engineering include:

1. TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions): Admission is based on the marks obtained in the 12th board exams (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
2. Merit List: Candidates are shortlisted through the TNEA counseling process based on their scores.
3. Management Quota: For direct admissions, students can apply through the college's management quota if eligible.

Candidates seeking admission into the B.Tech programme at Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM) should have their 10+2 qualification in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology and scored a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories) of marks in the qualifying examination. Admission to the programme shall be based on WBJEE or JEE Main scores although not exclusive to those two entrances. However, it does not pose a very stern age limit but still follows what the entry examinations assume for age eligibility.
