SGBAU JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released for the CSE branch based on the JEE Main entrance examination, followed by the JoSAA counselling process. In 2025, the hardest college for admission was Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon based on the last round cutoff rank of 108067. In 2024 and 2023, the same round cutoff was 71593 and 77258, respectively. Based on these ranks, we can say that the competition for this college for the CSE programme has been decreasing over the years.

Note: Other categories, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs.

Honestly, doing B.Tech at LPU is a place where you actually get to create and experiment. From day one, there are projects, workshops, and hackathons that make learning hands-on. Internships often follow, and some even turn into placement offers.

The campus is full of energy, with students from all over India sharing ideas, solving problems together, and sometimes pulling all-nighters just to see a project work. Spending time in labs, coding sessions, or competitions helps you pick up skills that recruiters notice. By the time you finish, it feels like you're ready for both placements and higher studies.

The BTech CSE last round rank for the General AI category in 2025 was 4245. In 2024 and 2023, the cutoff in the last round was 3365 and 4218, respectively. This difference in the ranks suggests the cutoff trend has been fluctuating over the years. Please note that other categories will have different cutoff trends.

Hello Rella,

Practically speaking there is no difference between these two degrees. Both connote degree in engineering.

Normally speaking IIT's or NIT's award B Tech while Govt Universiies acoss India award BE. Its a mis conception that B Tech means more hands on training than BE. But its not so. Both these degrees have equal weigtage in job market.

Best Wishes.
