It depends. If you want a quick way to enter the industry, a BTech is a great option. BTech graduates are valued in every industry with decent starting packages.
An M.Tech is apt for only those who are more into research-based roles, or maybe planning to pursue a PhD, or want to become a professor.

NMIT, Bangalore BTech CSE branch is considered the best. This is because of the placement options and the packages. These are generally higher than other BTech branches of the institute. BTech CSE has a higher demand among the companies recruiting.

VIT Bhopal University offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at VIT Bhopal, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology with at least 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST and others).
