No, there wont be any kind of problem in your admissions if you cleared your subject in supplementary but you will have slightly lesser chances to get a good college.thats it.

Eligibility: - A Bachelor's degree with minimum aggregate of 50%.
MAT 2017/2018 Minimum desirable Overall Percentile/Marks/ Percentage is 450 out of 800.
The other activities involves in selection are:

You CAT percentile is not your percentage result, but a rank that indicates how many candidates have scored lower than you in the exam. Hence, it is possible that a number of candidates can have the same percentile.
