Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management, and thus assist you in the professional career. However, keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.

Hi,
Check University of Texas at Dallas, John Hopkins University, Indiana University (Kelly), University of Southern California, Boston University, University of Washington-Seattle Campus, Missouri University of Science and Technology, Drexel University and more. On the more competitive side you can check Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, and Virginia Tech etc.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then MCA/ M.Sc ( IT) is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Hi,
Yes, overall acceptance rates are high. They are not the top ranked competitive universities however are quite popular with good student support services and out of classroom activities for the all-round development of students. You may contact the admission advisors of the universities for more information.
