Course wise, there is not much difference but PGDM is a Diploma which will give you a Diploma in HR, it's NOT a degree while MBA will give you a proper degree on completion.

Options are hard to find, most M.Eng programs can be considered which includes cloud computing subjects. Check University of Winnipeg (Network Security Diploma programme offered in partnership with Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT), M.Eng (Internetworking) Dalhousie University, API Engineering and Cloud Computing at Centennial College.
