This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you want to pursue a career in sales & Marketing, then pursue MBA in Marketing, and if you intend to work on the shop floor, then specialization in Operations would be better. If finance & HR interests you, then you could also look at the said areas as specialization.

Distance MBA is for working professionals. You need to have a minimum of 2 years work experience to seek admission. Other options that you could also explore are Executive MBA or part time MBA as these courses are also for working professionals and the admission criteria is almost the same.

MSW provides a more holistic view in terms of social work & HR principles whereas MBA HR gives a general overview on HR processes & principles. The admission process is also simpler in MSW, whereas MBA HR admission is based on CAT scores.

No, the student visa is generally allotted based on the reputation of the Australian university, course you have opted for, your academics record and proof of financial statements that you are able to provide regarding funding of your education. Many a times they also check on the intent of a student to return back to the parent country, so prepare well for the visa interview. It is advisable to use services of some agencies that work in the said area as they will be able to guide you properly in terms of questions & documentation.

To seek admission in IIMs, you need to have a score of 99 percentile in CAT and should have scored minimum 50% marks at graduation level. However, with a score of 95 percentile, you should be able to get into an institute, which fall into the top 50 MBA ranked colleges.
