Yes, why not. You could still go for IPM.
The minimum requirement is scoring more than 55% in 12th, followed by passing in the written test and personal interview.

No problem if you have 1 backlog in graduation. You could clear the examination once and then go for the course you are willing for.

Yes, there are some courses related to business like BBA, BMS, BBM, etc. For automotive design, you can go for NID.

Well, yes, you have open doors to take admission in BBM programme even after being from Science stream.
But the minimum criterion for getting admission in BBM is 55% in 12th. Some colleges take direct admission too.
