Hi dear,
Both colleges are good for MBA, but still Dharamsinh Desai University is a good option.
Something about the college:-
If you want to study hard, go for it without thinking once. It is a good Place to study in Gujarat with rules and regulations.

This would depend a lot on one's career aspirations & risk-taking ability. A full-time MBA from a top college is always a better option. However, if you are comfortable and enjoying your current work then explore an Executive MBA as it will make you grow faster in the existing organisation Plus you will get the advantage of earning & learning together.

In my view, MPSC is your target then don't enrol for MBA, rather concentrate on the preparation and brighten your chances of clearing the exam.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required for EMBA. Apart from this, the institute may have other requirements and for it, you need to check the institute's website. You could also explore part-time MBA, wherein, classes are conducted on weekends and the curriculum is more exhaustive.
