This would depend a lot on your long term career aspirations. If you are keen on settling overseas, then Canada is a better option, as the government has flexible laws for immigration. Whereas, in UK the government laws are not so student friendly and it would be a challenge to seek employment locally there along with immigration option. Plus, there are differences I the following areas:
1. Quality of education- UK is better.
2. Fees- UK is costly.
3. Duration of course- UK offers 1 year to 1.5 year programme, where as in Canada you will have 2 year programs.

Keeping in mind your interest areas and career aspirations more forward. If you feel you are not keen in an HR related job then pursue a course in the area which interests you and then explore work assignments in the said area. If you want to work in HR then also look for a work assignment and then based on the area of work explore certificate courses to enhance your skills in the said area of work.

A MBA programme gives you a general exposure to all aspects of management and also gives you specialized exposure to a disciple that you have opted for this could be finance, HR, operations, IT, marketing, logistics, etc.

I am afraid. This is too low score to get admission into any college. I would advise you to try again or explore other options, like pursuing post-graduation or start looking for a job and after 3 years of work experience enroll for an executive or distance MBA programme.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in research / academics area, then MA/ B.Ed is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.

Yes, it will assist you to crack PO exams, as the format to a large extent is same. You need to check on the format and try and cover up topics that are not part of the CAT curriculum.

Well, you should go for the field in which you are interested in. There are lots of placements in each stream, if you do it from top colleges. Most of the placement offers were made in Marketing and Finance fields.
