The maximum is flexible as several companies offer variable components which go way beyond the base package. Nevertheless, financial services companies do offer base packages above 35 LPA.
On an average, an IIM-A grad does get a package around 18 LPA

Since, MBA is a Post Graduate programme, one needs to be a graduate to pursue it. Since, you are keen on it. I would advice you to complete your graduation in B.A. as an external student & then apply for MBA.

Procedure is very simple to take admission in Banasthali. You just have fill up the application form and if you are eligible to take admission in Banasthali then you can get admission. No there is no need to give any entrance test in Banasthali.

You can pursue both MBA and web designing as you have a liking for both the subjects. Both the qualifications do offer separate career options. You could either enrol for a full time MBA and along with it pursue a Diploma course in web designing. MBA qualification offers better salary compared to web designing.
