If part time work and work after studies is the plan you can check Australia, Canada and New Zealand. They are most student attractive policies now. Canada is a top destination and competitive too with world renowned universities.

I see that a graduate should have a UG certification from a recognised board with 55% aggregate percentage to qualify for OpenMAT just check if there is any alternative way of admission. It may accept admissions based on experience letter from a company you worked for over a certain period of time.
