BBI MS Bachelors in banking and insurance and BBA MS Bachelors in business administration. Both courses are good in their own way and BBA has a wider scope as compared to BBI.

Yes, after MBA you can enter into a HR department. Let me tell you, deciding a career based on gender is an outdated idea. Anybody can excel in any field, provided you have the knack and the real passion that drives you to wake up early every morning and think what's next? Secondly, don't choose any career based on the current trend, by the time you finish your MBA and come out, a lot will change. So, Break the norms and do what interests you even if there are no visible opportunities upfront your immediate MBA.

If any university is UGC and AICTE approved, it is best. Both the university are offering slimier course. Content and syllabus is important. KTU, I think is conducting theory exam, whereas MG is conducting online test. So, you have to check many other parameters i.e. supply of books, conducting special sessions to solve our doubt, when they provide degree certificate. And, main thing is any study center must be very transparent about fees.

For starters, it is like asking difference between 10th standard and 12th the standard. You need to pass class 10th to get into class 12th. Both are degree courses. One is a under graduate course and another PG course. In the first one you would be dealing with raw hotel management, and in the second one you would be focusing on the business aspect of hotel management.
