If you are general category, then there is no chance. If you are in SC or ST, then there is a little chance in the last round of counselling.

As per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Delhi Institute of Fire Engineering, there is no significance of length of service. And anybody who have completed his 10+2, can do the one year certificate course in fire technology & industrial safety management. However, preference will be given to science graduates and diploma holders. The prescribed age limit is 17-40 years.
