BBA colleges in Ahmedabad are HL College, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, which is in Gandhinagar, but is nearby Ahmedabad, Nirma University, SMPIC. No, these colleges don't offer admission through management quotas, they have their own university exam or UGAT or your class 12th marks.

It is a 4.5 year course and comprises of nine semesters. Students are offered dual specialization, where in they can choose their major and minor specialization areas from Finance, HR, Marketing, Law and IT. Students will choose one course from their Minor specialization field and two courses from Major specialization field and two courses from Major specialization field in their 5th 6th 7th 8th and 9th semester. Students have to undergo 2 summer Training during their course, one after 4th Semester and 2nd after their 6th Semester.

No, you do not have chance of getting admission with MAT score, as the university doesn't accept MAT score for admission in MBA.

Common Admission Test CAT is national-level management entrance examination conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM). Apart from 20 IIMS, CAT scores are used for admission to various management institutes across the country. CAT 2017 was conducted successfully on November 26, 2017 (Sunday). The exam was conducted by IIM Lucknow. Eligibility criteria for CAT 2018:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category). Percentage obtained in Bachelor's degree would be calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university/institution.

PGDM is specifically focused on particular aspect/specializations, you choose from 1st semester itself. PGDM is actually a Diploma in particular specialization.
