For MBA graduates the average initial pay packet at SSSUTMS is between INR 3 to INR 5 Lacs per annum. Nevertheless, this can be stated as average, and depends on the specialization, the skills of the student and his or her results during placements. The special placement cell of the university is always functioning to ensure the students get placed well, and big amounts of packages can be bagged with the help of few firms or sectors existing like finance, marketing and consulting sectors. Thus, it should be pointed out that the higher the level of experience the higher the capacity of salary in the given employment setting.

It is regarded one of the top private universities of Himachal Pradesh and has a diverse number of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Despite boasting a good Standard, infrastructure and pass rate the university may not be as popular as some of the better known or historical universities in the area. But I believe it is gradually increasing in popularity because of the courses it has as well as the resultant staff and industry affiliations that make it desirable for many students.

The placements of BBA are comparatively satisfactory at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, as the university has signing partnerships with numerous companies and industries for recruiting their staff directly from this university. The placement cell very effectively helps the students in internships, build resume, and mock interviews. Nevertheless, the TE Placement rate and the TE salary packages depend on the industry type and the student's skills and performance. It is quite rare for students of top companies to visit often but there is every opportunity to get entry level job.
