The SICSR is considered a good college for BBA in information technology. The institute offers BBA in only one specialisation. Those who want BBA in any other specialisation except IT need to search for other colleges. For IT, the SICSR is a good option as the institute also provided on-campus placement opportunities to the students.

Both the colleges are good for BBA. But generally, SCMS is considered more preferable for BBA, as it has many options in BBA. While the SICSR BBA is specially focused on information technology. Those who want to pursue BBA in IT must go for SICSR. For other specialisations in BBA, students must choose SCMS.

The total seat intake for Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research is 120 for the academic year of 2026. Those who want to get into the BBA course at SICSR need to be eligible for the course. The students must have passed 12 Class with a minimum aggregate of 50%. No, students cannot get direct admission in Arihant Group of Institutions. For admission to the BBA, students must pass Class 12 from a recognised board. Students must appear for Arihant Entrance Test. The final seat will be alloted on the basis of entrance and academic scores.
