No, hostel fees are separate and are as follows:
Hostel fees (per semester): INR 2400
Hostel Caution money: INR 4000

After Karnataka PGCET seat allotment result is declared, candidates have four choices:
- Accept and Freeze
- Accept and Upgrade
- Reject and Slide
- Reject and Withdraw
