No, candidates cannot change their MAH CET exam centre as the test arrangements are done in a particular order based on candidate roll numbers. Test takers have to appear at the same test centre in the same slot as mentioned in their MBA CET admit card.

Yes, CUET-UG is a mandatory entrance exam for any candidate who wishes to gain admissions into the CPJ College BBA course. There are no other entrance exams mentioned by the institute whose scores it accepts for BBA admissions.

The admission timeline for the BBA course also follows the schedule of the CUET-UG for a particular year.

I feel there's no comparison between these two. Both courses have different objectives. Business Communication Courses are for those who aim for a career in PR, Marketing, Advertising, etc., in a company. Meanwhile, Business Management courses are for future entrepreneurs and business owners.

As a Business Communication student, you'll learn about Public Relations, Email Marketing, Human Resources Management, etc. And Business Management courses will teach the basics of finance, accounting, strategy, and operations.

I hope you got the difference.
