JERC, Poornima and LPU are the renowned names in the Education Sector and both the institutes have their own place. But if talk of placements, LPU is one of the top names. As per my experience over there, LPU is not only good for placements but also known for its best infrastructure, innovative pedagogy, Industry focused Academics, and industry tie ups. Renowned companies like Amazon, Cognizant, Bosch, Capgemini, Trident, Hitachi, Josh, Xerox, CTS, Verizon and Tech Mahindra come for the campus recruitment. LPU alumni are working with top Fortune 500 companies like Google, Apple, Yahoo, Microsoft, Bank of America etc., with packages of over 1 crore. Therefore, I strongly recommend LPU over the other two.

At GIBS, many students comment on how much professors are involved in student life outside of the classroom. Whether at events or during an orientation, professors can be seen helping new students transition to college by guiding them and motivating them, as well as ensuring everything is running smoothly. Professors are available to all students during mentor sessions and provide many helpful suggestions; professors also provide students with an opportunity to discuss their areas of study and career paths. The common thread among these activities is that professors are approachable, invite student participation, and encourage student confidence. Faculty participation in these activities has proven to provide students with a strong sense of community and belonging. The overall perception of professors' involvement in these activities is that they are supportive, engaging and goal-focused.
