Yes, offcourse, you have the option to do B.Com/BBA although you have taken Science in 12th.

For BBA there is no cutoff based on admission you have to score above 50% in class 12th in order to apply and entrance exam needs to be given by you.

You can go for any field. It is not important from which stream you have passed your 12th. You did not have Maths in 12th. You can even go for CA.
