PBS PGDM courses only require a candidate to clear their undergraduate programme with a minimum aggregate of 50% and a duration of 3 years to be eligible for admissions. Candidates can clear an undergraduate programme of any course be it a business or non-business degree. As long as the aforementioned requirements are met, candidates are eligible to apply for PGDM admissions at PBS.

To get a seat, students must apply for the programme by visiting the official website of the institute. Admissions into PBS PGDM courses are entrance based where a candidate's performance in the appropriate entrance exam is used to decide their admissions. Candidates interested in PGDM courses at PBS can appear for any of MAT, CAT, ATMA, and several other entrance exams.

To be eligible for the MBA in Hospital Administration at SGSITS, the aspiring candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant stream with at least 50% aggregate. Other than this, students must also have a valid CMAT score. Those who have fulfil these requirements can fill out the application form and participate in the counselling process to get an MBA seat.

Once SGSITS has closed the application portal, eligible students are required to participate in the counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Bhopal. In this counselling, the MBA seats are allocated based on the candidate's performance in the accepted entrance exam (CMAT) and the availability of seats. Those who are allocated a seat must complete the admission confirmation process.
