No, TANCET scores are not required part-time MBA but you have to appear in an entrance test- Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by the university itself.

Yes, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in Kerala, India does admit international students. In order to apply as an international student, you will need to meet certain requirements. Here are some of the general requirements for international students at CUSAT:
A valid passport with at least 18 months validity remaining
Proof of adequate financial support for the duration of your studies
A Certificate of good conduct/character from your home country

There is no restriction for doing MBA in any stream. It all depends on your interest in which stream you want to do MBA. If you are a non IT background student then also you can pursue MBA in IT but I would like to tell you that if you don't have at all knowledge about IT so it will be difficult for you to cope up. Information technology MBA have proven themselves to be a great degree to progress up the managerial ladder. But for some graduates, a little experience is needed first. Good thing IT MBA can help to prepare students for a variety of non-managerial positions. One such job is that of data analyst.
