Yes you can get admission into MBA through UPSEE if you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh or if your parents are from Uttar Pradesh, the eligible criteria for your admission.
1- Must have bachelor's degree
2- Must secure 50% and 45% for SC/ST
3- Even if any of you have no Domicile can ever apply under 20% seat reservation
4- There's no age limit.

Tier 1 BLACKI IIMs will not give you a call because they give a lot of weightages to past marks. However, at this percentile like Amritsar and Bodh Gaya will definitely give you a chance so prepare well for your calls and GDPI, best of luck! And congratulations on securing a good CAT Percentile.
