I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
All this I talked about government colleges

You have got a better rank in ICET exam, and you can get admission in good college. The selection of college is based upon your preference in online counceling. It's Better to you to select college what you want to join and check previous year admission details up to which rank the college get admissions.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 294 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, In NEET 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for sc category under Madhya Pradesh state quota was 409 marks and it was for Government Medical College Shahdol.

UPSEE is an entrance exam for admission into engineering colleges and the cutoff will be released by DR. APJ Abdul kalam technical university. Yes, you are eligible for getting National Overseas Scholarship. The central sector scheme of national Overseas Scholarship is to facilitate the low-income students to obtain higher education. (You must have a Caste Certificate along with Income Certificate for applying for the Scholarship).
