Yes IIFT (MBA IB) is already started and you get search on there official websites and take admission. It is very difficult to get admission in IB as it has very less seats comparing to local. Don't be late apply as possible as you can otherwise admissions will be closed for 2022 /2023 batches.

You need to write entrance test one more time to take admission in 2022 because only the present year CET marks are calculated for admissions. It is better to write CET exam or join in management quota in urban areas. All the best for your future studies I think this answer will be helpful to you.

According to latest new there will be 20% of cutoff marks from the total marks I. E, you can still try to get seat in career infotech solutions. If you answer 80 questions out of 100 questions you can easily score 80% of marks and remaining will be thrown in cut off section. Try to prepare mock tests and have knowledge on current happenings.
