There are many colleges in India that are best to pursue MBA but some of the best colleges are located in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon. Yes is the answer for eligibility based on your past academic scores as most of the B Schools asked for 1st class in 10th,12th and Graduation. But after that, its generally depends on your CAT score plus GD/What and PI performance. This in addition to the weight-age provided to your past academic scores to create a merit list. So, you can say the merit list depends on the candidates pool as well. So keeping in mind these things you should work towards what's there in your hands now i.e. to score a high CAT score and do exceedingly well in subsequent process to get through.
