Greetings sail
First of all, you must have completed your Bachelors degree with at least 45% marks. Then you have to give an entrance exam, i.e OJEE exam. Your selection will be based upon your performance in this exam.

After you complete your UG, you can go for MBA. You need to go for the entrances exam. Though there are some colleges that doesn't require any test but the top colleges do. So it is recommended to appear for the entrance test. Then apply to your desired college, follow the admission process and done.

If you want to continue in this stream only, then you may do your UG by either doing BBA or B.Com. Otherwise, you can do CA if you have interest in that area. Nonetheless, you can also switch your career if you feel like.

There are many colleges in India from where you can do MBA in HR. You need to have a Bachelors degree and must have given the entrances test (whatever required by the college)
Then apply to the colleges you qualify through your scores. Follow the admission process to get in.
