Yes, you can apply for admissions without taking any national entrance exam like CAT / MAT in institutes like SOIL (Gurgaon), IBS and many more. At SOIL they do ask you to take an online test called STAT SOIL Talent Appreciation test, but it's more to evaluate your entire profile and try to understand each applicant as an individual with their strengths and weaknesses. Visit the SOIL college website for more details.

The first step is to ask yourself what kind of career you want to pursue. Although an MBA in human resources and an MBA in information technology may appear to be the same thing, they are not. MBA (IT): A combination of managerial expertise and information technology that would benefit someone interested in the field of information technology. One will learn more about computer applications in management, data warehousing, data analysis and mining, software engineering, and so on. You can work as a Business Analyst, Quality Manager, Project Manager, and a variety of other positions, and if you have the necessary talents, it will be qui

Hi. I agree with logic is valid in India also. With MBA you get better career prospects (Financially). But if you have orientation for helping the community and development sector you can go with MSW. You can get anywhere between 3035 K pm as starting salary if got MSW from premier institute and it can go upto 11.2 Lacs+ in 78 years. Crossing 1.25 Lacs pm is big barrier in 78 years while in case of MBA is quite easy in 34 years only. Plus, if you do MBA with HR or option also available with Rural Marketing/Rural Management and other social sectors specializations you can pursue your passion in Rural Development and CSR sector easily. Yes, there are many B schools providing direct admission on the basis of academic credentials as well. But you should look for institutes that have a great legacy, are known for how they teach and help their students grow and also have great placements. SOIL Institute of Management Gurgaon is one such name. It is a well-known college running since 2007 and now an established name not only in Gurgaon but in India as well. All because of the sincere efforts being put by the management for the all-round development of the students. It imparts best education with best faculty, focuses on line training throughout the MBA programme for compl

I'll answer this question in a very straight forward way. SOIL provides certification and accepts application from candidates with work experience for their PGPM program which has 3 specializations (analytics, finance & marketing) and candidates with/without prior experience can enrol for their PGPM Human Resources program. Talking about spending a hefty amount at SOIL, they give weightage to your previous work experience. The candidates have real good chances of doubling their salary in a year which I guess can't be fulfilled by colleges on the same lanes as SOIL even if you go for PGDM courses. I would also like to concur that the h
