1. Academics
2. Batch profile
3. Placements
Four months in to the journey of business leadership, I can say SOIL has unique way of nurturing the students. SOIL not only has industry relavent curriculum, it also concentrates on overall development of self through various mediums like Self leadership class, Theatre workshops, mentor-mentee relationship.
2. SOIL attracts talents from diverse industries and people from across India with a minimum of 2 years work experience for Business leadership programs. SOIL also has a one week long induction programme which makes it easier for us to bond among yourself which inturn leads to peer learning.
3. Last but not the least, placements. Average package of SOIL has always been around 10 LPA. The most important part is the alumni connect. You would be connected to a alumni who is doing the same role that you are aspiring to be, it would make it much easier for you to prepare yourself for the same. SOIL is a different experience, join SOIL with an open mind. You will SEE the transformation. SOIL has adapted well with the New Normal and its evident from the batches splendid placement Statistics. The average CTC for the PGPM batch21 was 10.3LPA. The highest CTC-17LPA. SOIL has implemented hybrid classroom where the same physical classroom scenario is replicated with strict COVID norms along with keeping in mind students health and hygiene.

There are 2 different programs offered by SOIL PGPM And PGDM (AICTE approved). PGPM is a one year full time programme offered for students with a minimum of 2-years of work experience whereas PGDM is a 2 year full time programme offered and no min work experience required, freshers can also apply. As a current student of the PGPM course, I feel I am eligible to answer this question. After having worked for more than four years, I was looking for a one-year PGPM when SOIL accidentally got in my eyes. I submitted an application for it and discovered that they also take the STAT test to qualify. I was well-prepared for the test thanks to my basic aptitude. To my surprise, however, they also measured my EQ level during the test in addition to just my basic IQ. The depth of the questions and the desire to know the student completely impressed me. While other colleges only consider your IQ level when evaluating you, SOIL spent time learning about your qualities and where you stand in relation to them. The thorough analysis that followed the test was really intriguing. Additionally, SOIL's pedagogy is outstanding. To help the students become industry-ready, they have included mentoring with business professionals. A student at a business school would like to work for one of the 32 SOIL consortium companies. In addition, it has a good balance of extracurricular activities and academics. I will definitely say its worth taking admission in SOIL!
