Online MBA's scope depends upon your experience in the relevant field. If you are working in the same field of specialisation as in MBA then it can do wonders for you. If you are not working in the similar field then online MBA is just a degree.

Its depend on you which you are capable for specialisation. Your interest in sales or digital marketing then you can go for Marketing specializations or If your true interest lies in Finance and Banking or analytics or Lean Operation consulting related domains then you can opt for PGPM / PGDM etc. Likewise, if you know well about efficient use and development of available skills and talent of the employees within the organisation, then pick HR. Here, according to my experience, are some of the most difficult classes involved in my MBA programme at SOIL. They are difficult, but core to any business education:

I don't know the eligibility for an MBA programme at Poornima but being alumni of LPU, I can share the eligibility of an MBA at LPU. I have also done an MBA at LPU. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
