FOSTIIMA is an AICTE approved college and offering PGDM. One may refer https://www.fostiima.org/aicte-approval-2020.php for details.
The simple difference between MBA/PGDM/PGPM
MBA : Only recognized university or Institute accredited by the university can run this program
PGDM : Any college accredited by AICTE is eligible to run this program
PGPM : A professional degree course run by any autonomous body may or may not be recognized by any governing body.

Yes, A graduate student either through regular or distance can do a regular MBA. But they must have to meet minimum eligibility criteria.
