The first difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree course and PGDM is a Diploma course. If I talk about which one is better, then PGDM would be the right choice as MBA is an old version for pursuing management studies and PGDM course is far more industry relevant and practical as far as the job market is concerned.

It is completely dependent on the college from which you are pursuing PGDM-HR. But in general, the average salary of a PGDM-HR is 4.5 LPA to 10 LPA.
