MBA - Eligibility Criteria of CBIT Hyderabad : A candidate seeking admission to the two year fulltime MBA programme must satisfy the following criteria:
1. A pass in bachelor's degree in any field with 45% marks in aggregate.
2. Must have qualified in Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by TS State Council of Higher Education, Govt. of TS.
3. The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations Admission) order.
The candidates will be admitted on the basis of rank secured at the ICET. The Convener admits 70% of the intake to the MBA programme based on the ICET rank. The Management admits the remaining 30% under management quota.
Keeping the last year of rank in consideration under OC category, the chances of getting CBIT are very less.

A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science/ Agricultural Engineering or allied subjects or in any other field with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to SC, ST and DA/PWD) category). Or
The student should have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidate) or equivalent grade point average awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor's degree should be of at least 3-year time duration with a minimum of two years of professional work experience or strong regards in the field of Agricuture or relevant sector
The candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any field other than agriculture will have to submit a Special Form for PGP-ABM at the time of the interview. Good luck!
