If you have finances enough to forego one year salary, the going for Executive programme is a better choice, but be prepared, the fees in reputed institutions is very high.

B.Tech is a Bachelor's degree which provides you with the technical knowledge and M.Tech is a Master's degree which provides you with the technical knowledge.
