Dear Vaibhavi, Students who complete a BBA usually opt to pursue an MBA course. The course requires student to have cleared competitive exam e. g. CAT / MAT / XAT/ NMAT/ GMAT hence either students could choose to start applying to colleges after preparing for the same while in the final year of undergraduate studies. In case he wishes to gain work experience for a few years before applying for an MBA and the get back to studies, that could also be another option. While this option may leave him with scope to kick-start his career he will have to pursue a Masters to ensure that he is able to continue working upwards for better packages and positions in his career. A full-time post graduate experience can really help build his career better. The decision is based on what he wants for himself as the options are many.
