If you want to switch to the managerial field then, of course, doing an MBA in Construction Management after BE or B.Tech in Civil is fruitful. BE will offer you all the technical knowledge about construction and MBA will enable you to learn the administration and management and decision-making process. It will be very beneficial for you. There's no specific stream that will give you more opportunities to get a job abroad. Moreover in this new normal companies are focusing on recruiting from around the offices so that after the WFH is over they can come to the office without much inconvenience.

Marketing and Sales took in 33.3% followed by Analyst (22.9%), Consultant (19.8%), Project Management (10.4%), Project Management (7.3%) and Pre-Sales (6.3%). The CTC offered for the Project Management role was Rs 12 Lacs. Good luck.
