1) faculty members of Rural Management are not good
2) Institute does not have upgraded syllabus on Rural Management
3) Only 3-4 reputed companies come for internship and placements.

75% attendance is compulsory for every student in each subject. Student who have attendance below 75% Institute debarred that student from particular subject and that student have to pay some fine to attend that paper in next semester.

For CAT your Percentile should be above 60%
For MAT your Percentileshould be above 75% (Note) - IIRM also offer scholarship to students who have got more than 70% in CAT and 90% in MAT.

The Diploma holders can join through lateral entry to the degree courses. You will be admitted directly to the second year of the degree course. You can also apply for various jobs in the private companies. You can work as Stenographers, Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, Executive Assistants, Clerks etc. Good luck.
