1. Shortlisting Process : COMPOSITE SCORE will be calculated with due weights to :-
a) CAT score
b) Past academic performance,
c) Work experience
d) Academic Diversity
e) Gender
2. Final selection : Candidates from all categories shortlisted based on the composite score shall be called for a Written Ability Test(WAT) and Personal Interview(PI) to a given location. The final selection will be based on the following with due weights to each of the components:
f) Written Ability Test
g) Personal interview
h) Composite score
i) Other Achievements

1. Educational qualification : 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2020 are also eligible to apply.
2. Entrance score requirements :
a. A composite score of 500 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either Sept

It's important to understand that job in HR roles are not easy to get. If you want to work in HR than you should have work experience or atleast have Masters degree in HR specialisation. Either try to get work experience or try to secure Masters degree in HR specialisation.
