The NMAT Cutoff for Athena School of Management is around 145 to 150. However, even if it is slightly less, you can apply on the basis of your Strong Profile. Athena is located in Hiranandani (Powai), which is known to be a hub for many corporates, banking giants and MNCs. This B School attracts good companies for placement and the smaller batch size enables great personal attention to each and every student along with a higher rate of conversion for placements.
It has an innovative course structure which brings out the leader within you. The teaching style tries to develop your personality drastically and by the end of the course you will be ready to face any challenge in the corporate world.
Unlike most other B Schools Athena focuses on practical activities like the HR Live Project, Student Societies like Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sports and Culture, various Rotaract events and activities, Conferences and Workshops, etc. In the classroom, along with brilliant lectures and case study based learning, the activitie s enable the students to building on their strengths and overcome their weakness like the fear of public speaking, stage fright, lack of confidence, etc.
Also, a rare trait, the school offers multiple Indian and International Internships. Infact, many students even get Pre-Placement Offers during their Internships.

As a current student in the MBA (HR) batch of 201719, by far my experience with UBS has been amazing. We have a brilliant base of faculty and guest lecturers coming over, with a strong course structure. The class composes of 30+ individuals only to ensure maximum learning. Talking about placements, our senior batches have been placed with good packages (since I'm not well versed with the exact figures, I'd leave it here only). I personally have my summer internship placement with IBM India, with a stipend of Rs. 1.2 Lacs (even more than what constitutes the fee of this institution). Our alumni base of HR specialisation has also been doing great. We hail a good bunch of people forming the alumni board, and some doing wonders in the industry with HR background namely Mr. Harshvendra Soin (Senior VP at TechM) and Mr. D. P. Singh (chief HR head for south Asian region at IBM). I'll love to receive any further queries regarding this course or in general.

This is for people who are planning to write CAT 2020. It is based on my personal experiences and what I learned during my CAT journey. You might disagree with some of these things, and I am open to suggestions from everyone of you. I will edit it as I get wiser. First and foremost thing that you need to do is bring a huge change in the way you do things every day. Try and utilise every single minute of free time for preparation. Whenever free, try and do something that will help you in one way or the other (mental calculations/reading/revising formulas etc. ). People in a very demanding job, stop giving excuses that you are not able to study coz of work. Even though it is true, there is nothing that you can do about it except maybe resign (The worst possible thing that you can do for CAT prep). So take it as a challenge. 2 hrs per day on weekdays and 6 hrs per day on weekends are more than enough for scoring a very good percentile in CAT. Enjoy this preparation, this struggle. Do not think about the result too much, focus on process, the journey. I will give you some key points in no specific order -
1. If you are a 1st timer, write a mock test, any mock, and get a rough idea as to where you stand right now.
2. Get hold of study material from any institute and make sure that you go through at least QA and LR from start to end asap.
3. A very important thing (that most people don't do) is that every time you try and solve questions, do it with time limit. Right from the very first question of the study material you pick up. CAT is a speed based game these days and you'll be able to develop that skill only with practicing speed day in and day out. Every time you plan to study even for a stretch of say 30 minds, plan to solve say 18-20 questions in those 30 with a timer and try and maximise your score in this. This way, you'll develop the art of leaving questions. And then devote another 30-60 minds to learn from the questions you couldn't solve or solved wrongly. Practising within time limits makes your brain think faster and more efficiently under stress and you try and maximise your score this way. I repeat, DEVELOP THE ART OF LEAVING QUESTIONS.
4. Once you start writing mocks, maintain an excel sheet to keep track of questions in VA and QA topic wise. After every mock, during analysis, just fill this excel sheet, something like this.

Online Application Correction will be started after the completion of the Application Form. The TSICET application form correction will start from the month of April or May and the authority has facilitated the application form correction for the candidates and the applicants can make a correction in the application form on the mentioned schedule. There will only some fields can be change through candidates in the application form. Applicants cannot make corrections again and again if once application form corrected. In the correction form, candidates cannot make changes to exam centers, which was preferred by them. Candidates need to send the request letter to the authority to make the correction. TSICET hall ticket will provide to the applicants from May and the applicants can download it from the official website through online mode.
